Reward Offered For Info On Abandoned Dog Case


The Humane Society of the United States is offering a $2,500 reward in hopes of gathering information regarding a neglected and abandoned dog.

On May 22, officials with the Vance County Animal Services found a female pit bull tied to a pole by a telephone cord. Alex Hargrove, director of Vance Co. Animal Services, says the dog was thin, dehydrated and covered with mange and sores.
