A ribbon cutting ceremony was held for Community Home Care & Hospice to celebrate their new office location.  Community Home Care & Hospice has been a member of the Henderson-Vance Chamber since July of 2004.  Their goal is to help patients with a life-limiting illness conditions live the rest of their life with comfort, dignity and compassion.  Hospice patients decide how and where they will spend the life they have left; and that can also choose what hospice benefits they want to receive.  Their focus is to manage your pain and symptoms, instead of curing the disease.  Community Home Care & Hospice care is delivered by a qualified team of doctors, professional nurses, social workers and volunteers.  They also assist you and your family prepare for the days ahead.  This preparation can include everything from putting your affairs in order to helping your loved ones deal with grief.  Hospice is paid for in the same ways as other medical services (Medicaid & Private Insurance).  Community Home Care & Hospice allows you to manage your life the way you want.  For more information, please visit Community Home Care & Hospice at 152 Zeb Robinson Road or you can contact them at 252-430-7760.
