Pull your britches legs up, it’s going to get deep.
Right you are, Dazed. I see that the “self-appointed king” is going to raise the minimum wage for selected employees. Could these employees be a big portion of the base of the king’s party?
This evening’s television programming is a perfect opportunity for me to start the new best-seller–it falls right in line with the address tonight–it’s fiction!
ABC News reported tonight that Obama has the lowest approval rating of any US President in history who is begining his 5th year in office.
Uh oh RR, minimum wage up, dividends down
I thought, from the news this evening, the new minimum wage is aimed for new federal projects workers; which means the tax payers finance more of the government. Dividends to shareholders in the private sector shouldn’t be affected. I think the minimum wage issue for non-government workers is still dead in the trenches.
This wasn’t a state of the union speech. Just shucking and jiving by a mealy mouth liberal.
It is clear that Obama isn’t the anti-Christ, since only a third of our population still have some faith in him. I heard his speech and listened to the after-comments on a channel known for its bias; just to see if my take was anywhere close to theirs. I have to agree that our nation is a mess not just because of our leadership but also because we insist on emphasizing our differences instead of our similarities. It takes a lot of psychic energy to hate and condemn. It takes even more energy to not rise to the baiters level, keep my mind open and make my own decisions about what is right or wrong. I don’t try to win converts to Christianity or my political way of thinking.
Oh, snap, this might effect royal rooster’s dividends. The horror, the horror!
