“Get your Grant On!” The Vance County Arts council will host its annual Regional Artist Project Grant Workshop on Saturday, February 28th from 2:00-3:00PM at Emrose Gallery 233 South Garnett Street in Henderson. Applicants may apply for up to $1500 for qualified art projects.
