On Thursday, March 05, 2015, members of the Henderson Police Department Special Operations Division executed a search warrant at 1657 Bearpond Road, Henderson. During the search, members located and seized 53 grams of cocaine, 2 grams of marijuana, Glock handgun, Mossberg shotgun and U. S. currency.
Eustance Michael Robinson, 27, 1657 Bearpond Road, Henderson was charged with trafficking cocaine by possession; maintaining a dwelling for keeping/selling a controlled substance; manufacturing cocaine; possession with the intent to manufacture/sell/deliver cocaine; possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Robinson was placed in the Vance County Jail after failing to post a 30,000.00 secured bond. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled in Vance County District Court for March 16, 2015.
Thank God for the HPD or these drug dealers would be running even more rampant than they already are.
Under our Vance County justice system, this gentleman will probably receive a suspended sentence, one hour of community service and $500 for the inconvenience he suffered while incarcerated.
If, in fact, he has any previous felony convictions,HPD can send him to federal court. This has been the case a lot lately.
