On Tuesday, June 23, 2015, members of the Henderson Police Department Special Operations Unit arrested a Wake County resident on heroin related charges.
John Gregory Smith, 23, 488 Horace Baker Road, Zebulon was charged with one count of possession of heroin. Smith was placed in the Vance County Jail after failing to post a 20,000.00 secured bond. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled in Vance County District Court on July 2, 2015.
I’m sure this isn’t the type of “tourism” $$$ that Henderson and Vance County wants. When will the citizens of your area say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!! It’s simple economics…supply & demand!! Cut off the supplies(drugs/dealers) & the demand(druggies/crackheads) will go away!! Wake up before this disease falls into your lap!!
If the POLICE are watching vehicles leaving certain addresses & pulling the cars over and searching them then why don’t they BUST the DOPE HOUSE? Does that make too much sense?
Because that would be too easy.
Deception…how many Search Warrant articles do they have to post before you will get the idea that they raid houses too? Dope is sold many more places than “dope houses”….i.e. parking lots, street corners, at stop lights, convenience stores, parks, etc. Not everything that is done ends up in a press release.
