On Tuesday, September 15, 2015, members of the Henderson Police Department served a federal indictment on , 40, 130 Booth Avenue, Henderson. Bullock was taken into custody at the Vance County Jail at which time he was transported to Raleigh and placed into the custody of U. S. Marshalls.
Bullock’s charges stem from an incident on February 17, 2015 in which he was found in possession of a firearm after fleeing from Henderson Police Officers. Bullock was held in custody pending a detention hearing on September 18, 2015 in U. S. District Court.
Adios!
JTF….The only reason(if convicted) that he will get any substantial prison time is b/c the FEDS got him. Last time I checked the District 9 Judicial System is known for Plea Deals and Continuances. They even had a local radio station host and a few others conduct research that they called “Court Watch” and the results speak for themselves. Defense Attorneys argue for continuances until the “right” Judge is on the Docket and what do you know….Plea Deal is made or charges are dropped altogether. How much do you think this costs the taxpayers b/c most of those who are charged with crimes have Court Appointed Attorneys and the more times it get continued= more $$$ for the Court Appointed Attorney. Justice is the last thing that is served!!
If you’re so worried about how much time Mr. Bullock will get I would suggest you contact your District Attorney’s Office and say enough with the Plea Deals. If you’re not willing to do that…..then con’t to hold onto your pocketbook or wallet very tight while shopping at your local WalMart or Food Lion!!
