Come to Downtown Henderson, NC Saturday, October 17th, 2015 for “Show, Shine, Shag & Dine and the East Coast Drag Times Hall of Fame & Reunion” Lining Garnett Street will be an antique/classic and nostalgia drag car event. The show will be held in Downtown from 7:30 am – 5:00 pm.
Sunday, October 18th the hall of fame induction presentation will be held at the Vance Granville Community College Civic Center. Drag race legends will be honored for contributions they made to the sport of drag racing. Famed sports announcer Bret Kepner will MC the event. Photo sessions will be held immediately after the awards.
The event is free and open to the public.
