The Henderson Vance Downtown Development Commission in partnership with the Vance County Arts Council held its annual downtown business holiday decorating contest again this year. The winners of the contest were:

Each business was given a prize, donated by other local merchants. Prizes were donated by WalMart, Cracker Barrell, and Golden Corral.
