Resurfacing of Capital Boulevard Bridge at Peace Street Planned for this Saturday
Raleigh – Motorists who travel on northbound Capital Boulevard over the 67-year-old Peace Street bridge in downtown Raleigh will soon be getting a smoother ride. The roadway section and the approaches to the bridge are scheduled to be milled and resurfaced this Saturday, December 12. Raleigh – The resurfacing of the Rogers Road bridge deck in Wake Forest planned for this Saturday has been postponed until Saturday, Dec. 19. The North Carolina Department of Commerce has released the county tier designations for 2016. The designations, which are mandated by state law, play a role in several programs that assist in economic development. Using a formula outlined in General Statue 143B-437.08, N.C.
