Quick Pass Helps You Save Money on Your Road Trips With a Spring Transponder Promotion

Spring is here and summer is on its way, and vacations are being planned. To help you save money and time on your road trips to many parts of the country, N.C. Quick Pass is cutting the cost of its hard-case transponders in half to just $10 with a spring promotion from Tuesday, March 22 through June 20.

Thanks to partnerships with E-ZPass, Georgia’s Peach Pass and Florida’s Sun Pass, customers with a N.C. Quick Pass hard-case transponder have access to the largest transponder coverage area in the nation, covering 17 states, including North Carolina.

“It’s a great way to not only save money and time while traveling, but also means one less hassle for your trip,” says N.C. Quick Pass Director of Customer Service Susan Pullium. “There is no need to make sure you have enough change or cash as you come up on a toll booth, as the transponder will have you covered and enable you to quickly go on your way.”

The hard-case transponder gives drivers a discounted rate when traveling on the Triangle Expressway in the Raleigh area, and can also be used on toll highways and bridges and in some locations even for transponder-only interstate exits and travel lanes in other states. They include Delaware, Florida (SunPass), Georgia (PeachPass), Illinois (I-Pass), Indiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Virginia, and West Virginia.

Once you set up your N.C. Quick Pass account and place the hard-case transponder on the inside of your windshield, you are ready to go

You can get more information on how you can sign up for a transponder and maintain your account on the N.C. Quick Pass website, by calling the customer service center at 877-769-7277, or by visiting the service center at 200 Sorrell Grove Church Road, Suite A, in Morrisville (off Airport Boulevard, south of I-40 Exit 284).
