On March 17, 2009, Antonio Peace stated that he was at Party Pick-Up and a black male approached his vehicle, reached inside, and took a .45 caliber handgun.
The suspect then ran from the area.
After an investigation by members of the Criminal Investigations Division, Hasson Terry of 512 Lone Street was arrested and charged with larceny of a firearm.
