County forms ad hoc committee for joint property
The Vance County Board of Commissioners voted unanimously to form an ad hoc committee to negotiate the final disposition of the Vance County Historical Society’s museum (otherwise known as the Southern National Bank or First National Bank building) as well as the former library on Rose Avenue.

County receives “unqualified” audit
Auditor Mike Bradford reported to the Vance County Board of Commissioners during its regular Monday evening meeting that the county had received an “unqualified” audit, the best audit report that can be received.
Student drafting and architecture show today
