Council votes to cut general expenditures by $463,000, excluding joint programs with Vance County for which contractual obligations exist In a unanimous vote, the Henderson City Council rejected the latest version of the budget submitted by the Finance and Intergovernmental Relations (FAIR) Committee during a special meeting last night.
