Wayne Elliott Hubbard, 27, 127 Granite Street, Henderson was sentenced in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina today. Hubbard received a 42 month sentence after pleading guilty to one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition.
