Murder Case On Thursday, November 22, 2012, at 9:52 P.M. members of the Henderson Police Department responded to the United Prayer of Faith Holiness Church, 127 Miriam Street, Henderson in response to someone shot. On October 29, 2013 members of the Henderson Police Department Criminal Investigations Division with the assistance of the Warren County Sheriff’s Office arrested and charged Quinton Talley, 26, of 142 Parrier Street, Henderson with first degree kidnapping. Mr. Talley was charged with a domestic violence protection order violation by the Vance County Sheriff’s Office. Keylan Johnson was apprehended, July 30, 2013 in Jacksonville, Florida by the United States Marshals Service. Johnson was arrested on a fugitive warrant in Florida and is awaiting extradition to North Carolina for the charges related to the July 20, 2013 shooting of Chanequa Kelly.
