On May 4, 2013 around 8:48 PM officers responded to the 100 Block of Lincoln Street, Henderson in reference to a motor vehicle collision and shots fired. Upon arrival officers found Ladarrius Talley, 25, of 778 Mount Pleasant Church Road Manson, NC, inside the vehicle, suffering from a gunshot wound.
