This past session, we worked hard to support our service men and women by helping returning veterans with mental or physical injuries get the care they deserve, increasing the opportunity for our deployed service members to vote, and assisting their loved ones when they are unable.

Washington, D.C. — U.S. Representative Bob Etheridge (D-Lillington), the only North Carolina member of the House Ways and Means Committee, voted last night to extend unemployment benefits for more than one million of the nation’s workers.

City Land Planning to meet Sept. 24

Dennis Building in downtown Henderson to citizens participating in the first day of early voting.
