The Henderson-Vance Chapter of Safe Kids North Carolina will hold a Child Passenger Car Seat Check on Thursday, June 28, 2007 from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Rose’s Department Store on Norlina Road. Car seats will be made available to those in need for a $20.00 donation.

Imagine what we could do if we devoted the energy we normally reserve for vitriol into something more productive. Or do the animosities run so deep in Vance that I’m just having another late night pipe dream? Mull it over on today’s open line.
