Fish fry to benefit Relay for Life
The Tabernacle United Methodist Church is having their annual fish fry today, Friday, May 1, 2009 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Townsville Fire Station on US 39 North. All proceeds will benefit the Relay for Life.
Breast cancer fund raiser at The Bullpen
The American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer will benefit from a portion of the proceeds raised from a “mix and mingle” at The Bullpen Sports Bar and Grill (former Wildflower) on Friday, May 1, 2009 from 5:30 until 9:30 p.m. There will be a $7.00 donation at the door, a band playing jazz, rhythm and blues, free appetizers (while they last) and drink specials.
