Student Government Association leaders take office at VGCC

Vance-Granville Community College’s Student Government Association (SGA) has installed a group of officers to serve during the 2015-2016 year. Resurfacing of Capital Boulevard Bridge at Peace Street Planned for this Saturday

Raleigh – Motorists who travel on northbound Capital Boulevard over the 67-year-old Peace Street bridge in downtown Raleigh will soon be getting a smoother ride. The North Carolina Department of Commerce has released the county tier designations for 2016. The designations, which are mandated by state law, play a role in several programs that assist in economic development. Using a formula outlined in General Statue 143B-437.08, N.C.
