Well, the word is that Ward 2 At Large candidate Mike Inscoe will not be accepting Henderson City Council member Lynn Harper’s challenge to a debate tonight at 8:00 p.m. at the City Operations Center.
As we understand it, however, Ms. Harper plans to be there at the appointed time and we will be there to pose questions to any candidate that cares to answer them.
