On January 13, 2010 members of the Henderson Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division and agents of the Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms arrested Johnnie Lewis, 27 on an outstanding federal indictment.
The federal warrant in this matter was the result of a joint investigation by members of the Henderson Police Department and the ATF.
On July 7, 2009 Lewis had been charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon and possession of a firearm by felon. The 2009 case was subsequently adopted by the ATF.
