Area man arrested in New Jersey for DWI

Via The Alternative Press.  On Friday September 2 at 1115 PM, Patrolman Crecca was on Hillside Avenue investigating a motor vehicle accident. While out of the car speaking to one of the drivers, he noticed a Ford Explorer approaching at a high rate of speed. Crecca used his flashlight to try and get the drivers attention to get him to slow down. As the vehicle passed through the accident scene, Crecca yelled at him to stop and the driver finally did. As he was speaking to the driver of the vehicle, Crecca believed that the driver was under the influence of alcohol. The driver, Ronald Rodriguez-Camareno age 44 of Henderson NC, became uncooperative and attempted to walk away from the scene. He was eventually placed under arrest and brought to headquarters for breath testing. Camareno was charged with DWI and Reckless Driving. After processing, he was released to a friend pending further court action.
