On September 16, 2008, a shooting incident occurred in the area of Garnett Street.

Chief K. L. Sidwell reports that members of the Henderson Police Department Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant on the residence of 568 Grant Street, Henderson, NC, 27536.

On August 27, 2008 a breaking and entering occurred at a residence located at 1415 S. William St.

B & E Larceny of Motor Vehicle On August 26, 2008 at about 8:05 a.m., Mike Mosley of Toyota of Henderson, 415 Raleigh Road, reported that someone had broken into three motor vehicles on the lot.

On July 1, 2008 a breaking and entering occurred at 279 Kittrell Street in Henderson.

On July 29, 2008, George Mitchell reported his ATM bank card missing.

On August 30, 2008, the Henderson Police Department’s Power Shift executed a search warrant at 645 Arch Street.

Chief K.L. Sidwell reported that members of the Henderson Police Department Narcotics Unit conducted a search warrant at the address of 200 Wester Avenue, Apartment A, in Henderson.

Chief K.L. Sidwell of the Henderson Police Department reported that members of his department’s Narcotics Unit conducted an investigation which lead to a traffic stop on July 28, 2008.

Sgt. S.R. Spence of the Henderson Police Department Highway Traffic Safety Unit reported that on July 17, 2008, members of the unit along with the Secretary of State’s office conducted a search and seizure of a tractor-trailer which yielded more than $185,000 of counterfeit merchandise which was destined for North Carolina local markets.

Chief K. L. Sidwell reported yesterday that members of the Henderson Police Department Narcotics Unit served a search warrant at the address of 115 North College Street, Apartment A, in Henderson.

On July 4, 2008 at 12:28 a.m., officers of the Henderson Police Department responded to a call to 329 E. Andrews Avenue concerning a report of someone being stabbed.
