2016 North Carolina Governor’s School Selections Announced

Teachers in Vance County Schools attended a conference designed to train beginning educators April 15-17, at the Crystal Coast Civic Center in Morehead City. The conference, entitled “Lighting the Way for Beginning Teachers,” was sponsored by the Collaborative to Support Initially Licensed Professionals. The keynote speakers were N.C. Sen. Erica Smith-Ingram, representing District 3, and N.C. Principal of the Year Steve Lassiter.
