Clark Street, was arrested and charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell, and deliver marijuana, manufacturing marijuana, and maintaining a vehicle used for keeping and selling a controlled substance. Judd was placed in the Vance County Jail on a $20,000 secured bond.
