On Monday, February 27, 2012, Officer J. B. West of the Henderson Police Department investigated a complaint of a suspicious person behind apartment 25 in the Henderson Height Apartment complex. West recognized the suspect as Terrance Arnold Alston. A warrant check revealed that there was an outstanding order for arrest for failing to appear on a drug paraphernalia charge.
