Students in Quilting classes at Vance-Granville Community College recently surprised the president of the college with a unique gift. On May 29, students and their instructor, Peggy Stocks, presented an original quilt (complete with matching pillowcases), called “Very Good Color Combination,” to VGCC President Stelfanie Williams. Students in two Personal Enrichment Art classes at Vance-Granville Community College recently completed work on a mural that will decorate the Granville County Senior Center.
