HPD Arrest Darius Benson for August Murder of Curtis Morton
On October 26, 2012 members of the Henderson Police Department Criminal Investigations Division in conjunction with the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation arrested and charged Darius Montreal Benson, 25, of Henderson with first degree murder.
