Corner Kitchen: Tastes just like chicken
This week we have taken it upon ourselves to solicit recipes involving the ubiquitous bird in all forms. Frankly, we’re running out of ideas on how to cook it and serve it, and unlike good beef, it doesn’t cost $8 a pound; at least, not yet.
