VGCC Board Approves New Rates for Day Care
The Vance-Granville Community College Board of Trustees held its bimonthly meeting on Monday, May 21 at the college’s Henderson campus. During that meeting, the Board approved new rates for the college’s Day Care centers. VGCC offers child day care at the Main Campus and the Franklin County Campus. NASA Showing Docking of Private Spacecraft SpaceX Dragon to Internation Space Station

The first private spacecraft to supply the International Space Station (ISS) made its final preparations for docking Friday, with the unmanned craft “fine-tuning” its approach, NASA said. The SpaceX Dragon received the go-ahead from NASA to proceed toward the ISS. The Dragon capsule is due to dock with the ISS about 11:20am ET on Friday.
