The scam involves false claims that due to a failure to appear for jury duty, a warrant has been issued for a potential victim’s arrest. During the February 12 meeting of the Henderson City Council, members voted unanimously to hold a public hearing on February 26 regarding the matter of curbside garbage collection.

Dale calls for change in City Council
During the Public Comments portion of last Monday evening’s Henderson City Council meeting, the Reverend C.J. Dale told members that the Youth Protection Ordinance is “like the city is trying to incarcerate the city as a whole”.
