The Henderson-Vance County Chamber of Commerce brings Alive! After Five back where it belongs (downtown), though in an awkward space (Breckenridge Street from Garnett Street south to the police station), at 5:30 p.m. Alive! veterans Liquid Pleasure will provide the free music, primary sponsor Harris Inc. will sell the beer, and plenty of food will be available. Be sure to take time to admire the progress on the library and the completion of the work on Wyche Street. Also remember that there won’t be specific children’s activities, as there are when Alive! After Five is at the Operations & Service Center.
