Ayscue told members that a prospective buyer for the Shell Building is still interested and that the financing is there, but, for some reason, the deal is not happening. He said that another prospective buyer is in the background, but he does not know how serious that buyer is.
Ayscue said he is only requesting $73,000 in debt service on the building because he is hoping that it will be sold.
