Ayscue: city and county “settled on [water] rate”

Vance County Manager Jerry Ayscue told members of the Vance County Board of Commissioners during yesterday evening’s meeting that the county and the City of Henderson have “for the most part settled” on the rate at which Henderson will sell water to the county.
