Shahita White charged with DUI
WRAL is reporting this afternoon that Shahita White, daughter of Vance County Sheriff Peter White, was charged with driving under the influence in connection with a traffic stop that occurred this year during the Easter holiday weekend.

Arrests – Bernice Shearin, of 765 A. N. Garnett Street, was arrested for larceny. She was released on a $500 unsecured bond.
HPD makes arrests for DUI
Arrests – Robert B. Daniel, of 3546 Country Lane, Oxford, was arrested for larceny of a pair of mens short pants from Belks Departments Store. The pants were valued at $48. He was released under a $300 secured bond.
HPD uses tear gas to nab alleged copper thieves
On June 24, 2008, officers of the Henderson Police Department received a call in reference to a suspicious vehicle at 118 Wester Avenue.

On December 29, 2007 at approximately 1:30 a.m., officers of the Henderson Police Department responded to the Wilco Hess convenience store located at 1640 N. Garnett Street in reference to a report of a breaking, entering, and larceny.
